The Boys & Girls Club (BGCA) is now at Trix Academy! The two organizations have joined forces to open one of only four school-based clubs in South Eastern Michigan.The partnership offers extended benefits for Trix scholars and families as well as the surrounding  community. 

“We are extremely excited to have the Boys and Girls Club of South Eastern Michigan in the building with us at Trix,” said the school’s principal, Ms. Detra Coleman. “Our two organizations have parallel goals. We both work to empower and enrich our scholars and to provide enriching learning experiences in a loving and caring environment. It is a true match for what we do and what we stand for. Additionally, it opens new benefits for Trix families and for BGCA families as well. Trix families get first preference in joining this BGCA location, and BGCA families have an advance opportunity to reserve their space for the upcoming school year. It’s a win for our scholars and the entire community.”

Trix’s partnership in hosting the Boys and Girls club allows the school to continue to provide a safe, fun and beautiful space for students at extended times during the school year as well as  over the summer.
